Art Studio for rent in Ballard area!
The studio is in Ballard district, by the Hiram Locks Garden, on Market Ave and 28th.
$340 a month and a portion (Shared) of the utilities. Utilies comes to about $25 a month.
Studio is on the second floor over looking Market. Pets allowed, open 24/7. No public entrance, so there is good security. LOTS OF LIGHT! 300 square feet and 18' high ceiling to hang work on. Shared Bathroom. Loft area in the studio. Buses stop right in front of the building and there is a convenience store across the street.
Trust me, I have shopped the 3 district area and this is the cheapest studio you can find in the Seattle area for the amount of space you are getting.
If interested or know anyone interested, PLEASE contact me. The sooner the place is rented the faster I can start paying my medical bills.

Had a lot of fun today at the Crossroads MeetUp. I'll be scanning my chibi batman piece and coloring it this week. Hopefully I will be able to post here when I'm done.
